At Sage West Clothing Co., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality children’s sleepwear and accessories. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, tags still attached, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sagewestclothingco@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
We understand that shipping costs are quite high these days, so we are willing to share the return shipping costs with you. Customers are responsible for paying half of the shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You must send us a photo of your shipping receipt in your emails with us to receive the refund. If you are local to us, we can plan to meet up to exchange or return your item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If you would like a store credit instead of a refund, please specify in your email.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as initiating a return. Once we receive your returned item, we can assist you in placing a new order for the desired item.
